Everyone's a Critic Book Discussion Group
Forget the reviews, you are the reviewer! Bring a book of your choice to discuss--bestsellers to backlisted titles. Listen as your fellow readers describe the books they've read and you might find yourself with new selections or genres for your reading list. Each reader as reviewer will share their title, author, and comments after rating their book on a scale from worst to best, (1-5).
Group members who have also read the book can add their opinions for a unique and lively forum! If you dislike a book, tell the group why you did and what prompted you to read it. This is a change of pace from a typical book discussion and brings a wide variety of books to your attention. You never know what you'll read next! This group meets on the second Tuesday of each month. (Check the NOPL events calendar for any schedule changes.) Registration is required at nopl.org/events.
