10 Tips for Adults: Eating Better on a Budget
and apply it to shopping on a budget. These no-cost classes will teach you how to choose healthy foods while stretching your food dollars. They are evidence-based and include discussion, some physical activity, and a recipe demonstration. Each class in the series is on a Thursday at 1:30pm:
