Ready for Yoga, but not sure where or how to start? At Syracuse Yoga we believe Yoga is for everybody and every BODY. Each teacher is here to be your partner on your individual Yoga journey. This 3 week workshop will help you build the foundation of your Yoga practice safely, correctly, and with the right alignment.
Each week Sophie will go over Yoga fundamentals, teaching you the proper alignment in both standing and seated poses, breathing techniques, and Yoga terminology. It's everything you need to build your Yoga practice from the ground up so you are prepared to join the all-levels classes at Syracuse Yoga.
Along with the 3 beginner classes on 1/6, 1/13, and 1/20, you will also get one month of unlimited Yoga classes to try out different classes and apply what you are learning. Yoga is a practice, and it is additive!
Your one month membership begins on the first day of class (1/6/20).
