Beginner's Yoga
Join us at Soule Branch Library on the first Tuesday of the month (April – November 2025) for beginner’s yoga class. Taught by professional yoga instructor Chelsea No, these 45-minute classes will explore vinyasa and yin-style yoga, as well as guided meditation. The instructor will bring 10 yoga mats and some blocks and blankets; please bring your own yoga supplies if you have them. For adults ages 18 and up. All participants must sign a safety waiver before class.

About the Instructor: Chelsea No is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, educator, and wellness advocate dedicated to empowering individuals and communities. She is the founder of CollectiveSELF, offering yoga, meditation, and personal development workshops, and CNO Creative, a marketing and design agency for small businesses. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Chelsea promotes holistic well-being, mindfulness, and boundary-setting. She also co-leads Princess Glow Up, a youth program fostering self-esteem and self-awareness in young women. Currently, she serves as a Sustainability Program Associate for KiloWatch, aligning her passion for wellness, creativity, and sustainability to help teach children about energy conservation and climate justice.
