Flower and Fairy Scannography/Digital Art

Showcasing the art of Lisa R. Davis, this exhibition features whimsical images composed of creatively arranged flowers, scanned and fine-tuned digitally. All of Lisa’s designs require three things: fresh elements of nature, a flatbed scanner used in place of a camera, and a graphic arts program. Her designs incorporate floral materials from her multiple gardens, from the woodlands behind her house, and from the sides of the country road where she lives. She has been working on her techniques since 2004, and her art is constantly evolving. Her main mission is to spread joy by sharing the beauty of Mother Nature’s bounty as seen through her eyes.
