Halloween Dog Parade with music by Second Line Syracuse

Join us for the third annual Westcott Neighborhood Halloween Dog Parade. Gather at Petit Library parking lot for music with Second Line Syracuse, treat for dogs, and cider and donuts of all human participants. Dressed-up dogs and owners - and anyone else - will march through the neighborhood to the joyous sounds of New Orleans Jazz.
