How to Start Journaling

Journaling is an incredibly accessible, on-the-go tool for emotional regulation, stress relief, and self-reflection. It can help clear your mind, spark creativity, and ground you in the present moment.

No experience is needed. This class is for anyone, whether you have never journaled or have started many times but never found your flow with it. This class is welcoming and fun, and you’ll leave with personalized and practical information to bring your own journaling dreams to life.

  • Your own journal & pen/pencil (loose paper and pens will be available)
  • Your yoga mat (there will be some available)
  • A willingness to show up for yourself
