Imprinted on Cloth

The exhibit Imprinted on Cloth showcases four fiber artists whose work crosses the boundaries between quilting and printmaking: Petra Fallaux, Pat Pauly, Karen Schulz, and Margaret Boys Wolf. Using layering of fiber reactive dyes and surface design techniques such as silk screening, mono-printing, painting, stenciling, scraping and other mark-making methods, they create masterful abstract compositions using color, shape, and line.
