This unique exhibit by Linda Zhang of Ryerson University in Toronto and Biko Gray of Syracuse University features clay vessels based on 3-D drone scans of central New York Erie Canal structures, transformed by the introduction of Canal water before the firing process. The clay models symbolize the Erie Canal's profound and lasting impact, positive and negative, on the lives of those who built it, used it, and lived near it. On exhibit in the second-floor Weighlock Gallery of the Erie Canal Museum, 318 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse.
