Jus as we try to sneak a peek and eavesdrop on the timid American Woodcock, a bird also known as the “timberdoodle.” During the springtime, males court females with loud distinctive calls and perform spectacular aerial displays. We’ll also be on the lookout for other nocturnal wildlife, including owls. This program will take place at Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area located 10 minutes from Beaver Lake. Directions and more information about the meeting site will be sent after registering.
