Yoga Sculpt

Try this energizing yoga class where we build heat and strength using our own body weight, light hand weights and yoga props. Each month we will breakdown a challenging pose to see progression each week. Then recover with stretches and relaxation. Modifications provided so this class is for everyone. All levels are welcome! Bring a mat - other props are provided.
