November Project Syracuse lowers the intimidation of fitness with fun! If you're looking to connect with new people, be part of a great community, make your fitness journey more fun, and get a great workout in, November Project Syracuse is the place for you. We meet every Wednesday at 6:15AM at Thornden Park Water Tower -- no matter the weather. Every week is a 30 minute workout that combines bodyweight and cardio movements that can be tailored to every fitness ability. Every workout ends with optional coffee time at Recess Coffee on Harvard Pl. We'd love to see you there!

What is November Project: November Project is a free fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold New England months (November is when we start to see those flakes fly). Now present in multiple cities around the world, the movement is using a simple sense of accountability to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels to get out of their beds and get moving. Our members vary from Olympic medalists, professional athletes, marathoners, triathletes, current and former collegiate athletes, all the way to complete fitness rookies and recent couch potatoes just looking to kickstart their healthy life choices. If you think that you're not fit enough to join the group, stop thinking and come see what the fuss is about.
