Time Out to Fish
This long running program offers the opportunity for individuals & small groups with special needs, grandparents & grandchildren and veterans to enjoy a session of catch and release fishing fun at the facility.
The program cost is $5 per person, children 2 & under are free. Participants are encouraged to supply their own bait (bait should be worms or corn, no live bait), tackle and rods, a small amount of equipment is available for use. A fishing license is not required.People who are not fishing, including chaperones assisting persons with special needs or grandparents, do not register or pay.
Registration Opens Wednesday, May 15. Register and pay online or call the Parks Reservations office at (315) 451-6249. Advance registration and pre-payment is required.
