Tuesdays, May 21 - June 18 | 10 - 11:15am

This class will begin just outside the Visitor Center for introduction, warm-ups, and centering on breath. A certified yoga instructor will lead the group for a hike on varied terrain with several pauses on the trail for standing yoga poses, breathing practice, meditation, and awareness in nature. This is a perfect class for all levels including beginners. No mat is needed (there will be no lying or sitting on the ground). Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. In the case of heavy rain or a thunderstorm, class will move indoors.
